TourGuide Interview: Copyright, Advertising, Blizzard and Addons

A fascinating and complex interview with TourGuide's creator, touching on how it became a vehicle of a paid leveling guide service,  how other leveling services used TourGuide, and with a bit about Blizzard's policy towards addons, including the problems with Carbonite's ads, PLUS what this all means.  A very convoluted story, with implications for the future and also copyright protection issues.
