PAWN Explanation

An explanation of how PAWN works to compare gear.  Note that the folks in the comments like Rating Buster, although it doesn't seem to do exactly what PAWN does.  The Solo MMO Player says Rawr is replacing PAWN due to PAWN's complexity but he still thinks PAWN gives him exactly what he wants.
