Witcher 2 Sites

I've seen this game described as "irritatingly fantastic" which is pretty much accurate.  It looks great and the story is absorbing but the controls and UI are very clunky.  Nothing is well explained so you will need to consult these sites for help with problem areas like the ballista in the barricade section of the Prologue (hint, go back to a previous save once you get stuck with endless prompts to do the same thing over and over).
