Nice set-up based on Grid that any healing class can use.

Raid Frames and Addon Resources
This article stems from a request by the Solo MMO Player that I find a good frame for raiding. I found mention of Grid, Perfect Raid and Picture Perfect Raid. I haven't discovered whether Perfect Raid and Picture Perfect Raid are the same thing or not, and I haven't found the one answer for the best raid frame, but I did find these articles:
Setting up Grid for Raiding

Picture Perfect Raid

Resto druid raiding frame recommendations
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=1371645655&sid=1
I've also found this list of recommended mods for raiders, including Easy Raid which seems to be a raid frame. The second link is to CT Mod which was mentioned here. Please note that this site has many lists of addons and mods for various topics. I'm going to add a link to the main page to the list of favorite sites on the right for later reference.

http://www.ctmod.net/downloads/
I've also found sites that list lots of addons and mods with. This one has brief descriptions of each item listed along with the date of when it was last updated, rates each, and counts how many downloads have been done from the site. Click on Mods at the top of the page to browse. "Combat Assist" is the most likely category to have raid frame information.

This is a WOW UI forum, with lots of information for players who need answers.

Here is one player's list of recommended addons. There's no date so I have no idea if any of these are outdated items that can't play on Patch 3.3.5.

Finally, for new players I have added a link to a good explanation of how to install WOW addons.

Keybindings: Unique and Unusual (and Normal)
Thanks to a chance mention on WOW Insider, I found this series of articles on keybinding that Blessing of Fish (who mostly plays a Holy Paladin) has written. The first article is about using the mouse scroll wheel.
http://blessingoffish.wordpress.com/2010/03/08/keybound-the-scroll-wheel/
The second article in the series talks about the addons Clique and Grid.
http://blessingoffish.wordpress.com/2010/03/19/keybound-grid-and-clique/
If Zal writes any more Keybound articles, I'll update this.

More Addons (Raiding, Healing, Etc.)
There were lots of addon reviews and explanations this week. I'll summarize them all here.
First up, a guide to setting up Grid for raiders.
http://onemorealt.blogspot.com/2010/03/getting-started-with-grid.html
Useful addons for healers are mentioned here, including Grid, SmartDeBuff, Pitbull, Bartender4, SexyMap, Recount, Prat, BTex, Monkey Clock, Monkey Quest, Buffalo 3 and various Fubar addons. Some of these aren't directly for healing but the writer uses them. This is not an in-depth review but a list of the addons that this healer finds useful. It'll give you names to research if anything looks useful to you.

If you are always tinkering with your UI, you might find Mystic Chicanery's State of the UI series interesting. Note the links at the bottom of the page--this player does a State of the UI periodically.

An article about the paladin buff tracker called CLCBPT that explains how it works (the writer is a holy paladin).

More About Grid
Grid is a complicated addon that folks use for healing and other things. WOW Insider has compiled a list of links to help you get it up and running.

If you want something simplier that is built to heal and buff/debuff, search the blog entries using "Healbot."
