Rainbow Generator (and Russian Guild Downs Nefarian)

Yes, there is a quest that drops a rainbow generator.  Details here on MMO Champion, two items down from the notice that a Russian guild has taken down Nefarian in 10-man mode.  Apparently the 25-man version of Nefarian is crippled by a respawn bug.
