Tooltips for Dummies (Cataclysm)

In their never-ending quest to make WOW playable by any six year old, Cataclysm will introduce beginner tooltips, which is an optional feature you can turn off or on that allows players to reduce the complexity of the tooltip information.  More details here, for those of us who can read.  There are screenshots for those who can't (or won't).
