If you go out of Yngol Barrow the way you came in, go up north-east to the direction of a wreck (I know about it from a guard in Windhelm), by the shore you can find the exit of Yngol Barrow, you can go in through that door, down the stairs you find yourself on the other side of this end-gate you couldn't get through because of the bug and loot the chest. (Not much of value in it, at least for me).

got the same bug but on the exit end... maybe patch solved it?
