This article about the problems with dungeon finder caught my eye, partly because of the diagrams and partly because it illustrates the issue of how player misbehavior makes WOW such a pain to play. In my opinion, nothing that Blizzard can do to tweek the dungeon finder will improve PUG raids. Only folks changing how they treat others will do that.
