Lots of new stuff happens in WOW all the time. Here's a quick list of the most significant changes this week.
The paid faction change service is up and running, so if you want to be Horde instead of Alliance (or vice versa) pay the gold and you are good to go. You can change your name and appearance, too. Note there are mount and reputation restrictions, there isn't a server transfer involved and some folks won't be allowed to switch if their server is already tilted too far to the side they want to join. Blizzard has opened a Cataclysm forum. Speculate there to your heart's content but don't forget to push for the original game to be put in the Caverns of Time so it is still playable. It would be a crime to lose it so give Blizzard the idea that having original content still available will keep players paying them.

There have been problems with jousting in the Argent Tournament which are described here as well as some ways to avoid them. Blizzard promised to "address" these.
