Blizzard's new Remote Service is in beta right now. Once this thing goes live, for a monthly fee ($2.99) players can access the Auction House remotely from the Armory website or by using their iPhone or iPod Touch. The beta is free but only available on a few realms currently, although the blue posting says they plan to eventually make the beta available on all realms. Details here.

UPDATE #3 - The beta has ended and the service is now live. It costs $2.99 for 30 days' service. Not cheap, in other words.

And the price is higher in Europe.
