Here is a spreadsheet of all the recipes in the game, courtesy of Keyshana.  It lists recipes and their ingredients plus the level needed to craft the item.

The GW2 wiki describes the various ingredients and gives you hints as to what are drops, items you must purchase, the NPCs that sell some things, etc.  Clicking on an ingredient will tell you what recipes it can be used in.
