Tank Weapons in Patch 3.3

A prioritized list of weapons available in Patch 3.3 that tanks can use, broken down into 10 man and 25 man.  The author intends this to also be used by raid leaders to decide who really "needs" what piece of gear.  There's a link to his threat values list at the end in Further Reading.
