Sit Down and Shut Up (and Reactions)

WOW Insider says we all had better sit down and shut up on the forums or folks like Ghostcrawler will stop talking with players and perhaps responding to complaints.

There are plenty of valid criticisms to be made of the game (cough *Arena* cough).  I think WOW Insider is saying these are being buried by abusive postings on the forums.  On the other hand, the volume of angry postings described above means a lot of players are very unhappy.  That's something Blizzard needs to take note of.
